We can at any time decline service for any reason. By purchasing any of our design services you agree to our terms & conditions, privacy policy, and terms of service.
Branding & Identity
Due to the custom nature of our branding & identity packages we are not able to refund any of these services. Any revisions over the amount allotted in the pricing will incur extra fees. Basic logo packages take around 3-4 weeks, mid level logo packages take around 4-6 weeks and full level logo packages take around 8-10 weeks. All files will be delivered to you through we transfer as they are too large to send via email.
Wedding Design
Due to the custom nature of our designs we are not able to refund any of these services. Changes are unable to be made outside of our semi-custom collection, we ask you to please read over the information on them carefully so that you choose the one that best fits what you are looking for. Any special requests to an already existing design will incur custom pricing. The price listed is solely the design fee for the piece and does not include printing, specialty paper or shipping prices. These will vary depending on what you choose. If damage to any of your goods are made before shipping we will be responsible however if damage occurs once it has left in the mail we will not be held responsible. If the client approves a proof with spelling or spacing errors they will be responsible for payment of the cost of reprints. If an error is made on our end we will be held responsible. Files can not be edited once sent to print. Timelines depend on printing methods they can vary from 4- 10 weeks plus shipping so we ask you place your order as early in advance as you can. We can not guarantee all our available items from certain suppliers will be in stock but will work hard to get you something comparable. There may be slight variations in specialty handmade paper, specialty printed ink colors and colors you see on screen as they are not always displayed the same across all screens and paper types, however we do our best to portray the most accurate representation. There may also be variations in calligraphy since it is done by hand. All of this is what makes up the unique nature of specialty paper, printing and calligraphy.
Interior Styling
Due to the custom nature of interior styling we are not able to refund any of these services. Charges will be based either hourly or per project depending on the nature of the project. Pricing is solely for design services, purchasing products for styling is not included.
Miscellaneous
Pricing may change at anytime for any reason. If pricing is incorrect on our website we have the right to charge the correct pricing or offer you a refund if no service was yet completed. For branding and identity 70% is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due before delivery. For wedding goods the design fee in full is due upfront and print and shipping is due once it is quoted prior to the service. For interior styling hourly charges are due per day and per project pricing is due when design begins taking place.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. It is Elise Marie Market's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website, http://elisemareimarket.com, and other sites we own and operate.
We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.
We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law. Squarespace analytics may track location of visitors and frequency of visitation but this does not show any identifiable personal information.
Our website may link to external sites and affiliate links that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.
We are not responsible for any personal information obtained illegally from me, made to a third party by you through our site or through accidental disclosure.
User statistics and patterns may be shared with third parties.
You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.
